What propels us forward to make certain changes in our life? The stories we see around us can inspire us to want to make a change, but what motivates us to get off the couch and push the start button, or better yet, keep going once the gas tank empties? Weight loss can feel like an insurmountable challenge. How can you conceptualize losing weight when you’ve never done it before? Our comfort zone can dissuade us from creating the healthy life we want and deserve.
This week I want to explore facets of inspiration and motivation by sharing some of what pushes me to keep going after 6 years.
