    • WOD : “Helen” Substituted pullups for Kettlebell Thrusts (as I have never done a pullup before, but AFTER class, learned how to do one, woot!)
  • Pull-Up +31 pts

    • 3 reps (+31 pts)
    • I have never done a pull-up in my life. Even over the last year as I have gotten more fit, I have been scared to try it. I did 3 in a row, feeling great!
