Ripped it Up

Today was a tiring day. I had a staff meeting, then i came home and cleaned the entire house, which was a 2 hour process (still not completely done), and then took a short nap. I didn’t want to go to the gym at all, but I went, and I hit it HARD. I only did half of my normal long session (which is a 2 hour session), but I felt great the ENTIRE time. So, the next time you are feeling tired and doubt yourself, just get off your butt and go, like my trainer says – you may be tired and sore after a workout, but you’ll never regret it – that is especially true today, and I feel like a million dollars! Kickin’ ass lately despite stressors and exhaustion – makes me know that when I regain a second wind, I will tear it up even more! So excited for this next phase of fitness!
